Our goal is to work within your budget!  We have experience working with a wide range of budgets, including very limited ones.  We'll work with you every step of the way to select materials that are within your price range, which will look great in the finished product.  Your total cost for your custom-made costume will be twice the cost of materials, plus shipping.

Remember, filling out an order form is the first step to your new costume, and you are at no obligation to purchase until after we've quoted you a price and you're ready to sign the contract!

The process of commissioning a costume is very simple! The first step is to fill out an Order Form to let us know that you are interested and give us some very basic information.  Please be advised: If we can't guarantee we can have your costume done in time for you to receive it by your deadline, we will not risk disappointing you by attempting to rush ourselves. We'll probably have a lot of questions for you because it is our goal to create the costume as close to what you envision as is possible.

Once we have gathered the necessary information from both you and from our own research, we will put together a list of all the materials that will be required and how much they will cost. We will send you an estimate based on your needs and budget. At this point you can tell us if you would like to make any changes, to cut the price by choosing cheaper materials, or selecting higher-quality materials for a greater expense.

Once you have selected the materials and agree to the price of your costume, you can send payment.  Once we receive payment, we'll begin work on your costume!  We will even send you periodic updates and pictures of your costume as it progresses, and even videos of us working on your costume!

When your costume is done, we will ship it to you. We'd love it if you would send us a picture of you in your costume, of course this is not required. Enjoy your costume and thank you for your business!

Note:  We do not sell wigs or shoes/boots.  We highly recommend Cosworx for these items as we do most of our business with them and have never been disappointed!

We accept paypal and personal check.  Of course, if you pay with paypal we'll receive your payment faster, and we can start working on your costume faster!  If you prefer to pay by personal check, we will need to wait until your check clears before we can purchase any materials.

Specific instructions for payment will be given to you once you have okayed the arrangements for construction of your costume, and you are ready to send payment!

Typically, we ship all orders via United States Postal Service first class mail.  We insure all shipments, and order delivery confirmation.  For most costumes, shipping will cost only a flat rate of $16.  However, for particularly heavy or bulky costumes, the fee will be increased to cover for the added load.

If you need a rush shipment, we can mail your costume overnight.  Rates for overnight shipments vary, and we will discuss options with you if you are interested.

We can also ship internationally.  Rates vary and we will discuss these with you at the time of your order.

We make custom costumes just for you, specifically fitted to meet your needs.  Throughout the construction of your costume, we send detailed pictures every step of the way, so you know exactly what you are paying for.  It is, then, your responsibility to tell us if any part of the costume does not suit your tastes when you see these pictures, BEFORE we ship the costume.  Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

We make your costume using the measurements you provide to us.  If the costume does not fit, and you need us to resize it, we can do so for a fee, negotiable depending on the amount of work which would need to be redone and additional materials purchased.  For this reason please be certain you have measured yourself correctly.  Ideally, you should have someone help you to ensure that your measurements are most accurate.

We strive to provide the best service and the highest quality costumes possible.  If there is an occasion where we feel we are unable to meet your needs we will tell you before you send payment.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
